I had a good week working on Celtic Spring ~ I've had a nasty cold so I stayed home and stitched this weekend instead of sharing my germs at work.
I'm focusing on finishing a Chatelaine piece for now so I will be putting Spring away for at least a couple weeks.

These Celtic ladies are stunning. I have spent a lovely half hour wandering round people's blogs looking at different versions/colourways and they are all stunning.
I would love to have a crack at doing one, but must finish what I have on the go first!
One question though, how do you work out the converted colours? Is it like an 'official' alternative version worked out by the chart deigner, or does someone pick colours from a DMC chart?!

I have spoken on this issue in years past.
